Overall, Role
As the Financial Services and Technology GTM Program Manager & Solution Designer, you will lead solution strategy and activation for Financial Services and Technology, responsible for solution definition, solution design, solution delivery and scaling, and solution tracking. This role is crucial in ensuring that our Financial Services and Technology solutions are successful.
Key outcomes for the new leader
Solution execution: Drive end-to-end solution success across the organization, with expertise in Financial Services and Technology industry for solution development and operational rigor to execute
Program management: Drive cross-functional teams to align on and execute solution delivery
Strategic projects: Support strategic projects and planning for the GTM team, leveraging analytics to support analysis and recommendations
Core Responsibilities
Execute solution strategy and activate the solution (working cross functionally with Industry GTM, Industry Marketing, Product, Solution Consulting, Solution Sales, and other key stakeholders), including but not limited to:
Define the elements of a successful Industry solution and size of the prize, including addressable market, penetration, and flagship customers for key Financial Services and Technology solution(s)
Oversee program delivery for technical solution design and product integrations, including timelines, dependencies, risks
Manage and support execution and deliverables of the solution, working closely with Industry GTM and other cross stakeholders, including: solution first-call-decks, solution storyboard and demo delivery, solution customer transformation stories, other critical solution collateral and enablement content
Manage and support scaling of solutions across the org, including: support successful solution enablement in the field, support solution scaling with partners, support collaboratively to ensure global alignment for sales and solution plays
Track and measure solution success
Program manage across the team and work cross-functionally to structure problems, and drive actionable results:
Develop program scope and objectives, actively manage roadblocks and risks, and deliver on business outcomes.
Orchestrate program execution, coordinate resources and deliverables across multiple workstreams and manage cross functional stakeholders.
Improve operational excellence through identification and execution of initiatives that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business
Provide regular updates on the program to senior management stakeholders
Candidate Experience:
8 years of experience, with extensive experience in Financial Services Industry, with business solutions experience you have supported in designing and executing that have innovated the industry
Effective communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing; comfortable in business and technical discussions
High energy, disciplined execution and prioritization skills, and willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver results
Ability to work independently on assignments and complex issues
Experience in building trusting relationships and influencing others (incl. executive audiences)
Collaborative team player
Self-starter who thrives and can multitask in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments
Experience in self-serving data through Tableau and / or PowerBI instances a plus
Expertise in the enterprise software/ SaaS industry a plus
Experience with ServiceNow a plus

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $135,300 - $236,800, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
