The CIWF Public Sector industry product management team is looking for an experienced Product Manager to help us to expand Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) into new government mission centers. PSDS is our robust industry customer service management solution tailored to the needs of federal/central, state and local agencies supporting their missions and goals.
We are looking for an individual who has deep Product Management experience creating end-to-end solutions that meet the complex needs of constituents and the government agencies that serve them.

This position requires passing a ServiceNow background screening, USFedPASS (US Federal Personnel Authorization Screening Standards). For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $137,000 - $233,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
