The Sr. AEM Content Specialist will drive content effectiveness, operational efficiency, and partner engagement strategies while managing initiatives that optimize partner and site experiences. Proficiency in AEM 6.4, 6.5, or cloud is essential, along with expertise in publishing workflows (e.g., roll-outs, blueprints, live copies, and multi-language site management) and ticket tracking systems. This role collaborates with stakeholders across disciplines, ensuring projects adhere to SLAs, deadlines, and high execution standards. The individual will also govern content, identify improvement opportunities, and oversee the rollout of new features in collaboration with product teams.
A strong ability to drive and manage a wide range of initiatives and partner engagement strategies is a must. This person will be capable of working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to work independently while fostering trusted relationships and achieving impactful results.

Works with various business stakeholders to develop a content strategy based on organizational strategic priorities to support content effectiveness for partners.
Plan, execute, and track platform enhancements, fixes, operational improvements.
Assess requests for evaluation, execution, and improvement while maintaining consistent collaboration with various teams to drive alignment and efficiency.
Identify key requirements and collaborate with internal stakeholders and creators to improve end-user experience, operational efficiency, and site optimization while ensuring requests are configured for optimal partner usability.
Utilize project management software to plan, schedule, and manage team work to ensure project milestones are being met for various initiatives.
Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders.
Continuously enhance process automation and procedures to reduce errors, improve operations, and ensure timely completion of requests while mitigating and communicating risks effectively.
Troubleshoot platform issues related to integrations, component behavior, and governance while providing technical support and solutions using AEM expertise.
Adhere to SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and performance, ensuring digital assets are organized, tagged, and prepared for publication.
Maintain version control for all content items, archiving previous versions appropriately, and regularly assess asset performance to replace outdated materials as needed.
Execute with agility in response to shifting company initiatives and demands, delivering timely and effective solutions to stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you have:
AEM 6.4, 6.5 or cloud proficiency.
Publishing experience (roll-out, live copies, blueprints and multi-language sites management)
Ticket tracking system experience, life cycle of projects, SLAs, defining deadlines, negotiating with multiple stakeholders from different disciplines.
Bachelor’s degree required
