We are looking for a highly organized, strategic thinker and proactive candidate for product strategy and operations role. In this critical role, you will serve as a key strategic partner to the Head of product and business, providing timely and proactive support to run product as a business operation, helping to execute product roadmap, strategy, operations and translating into business outcomes. You should be an excellent and exceptional at stakeholder management, coordinating with multiple functions aligning them to execute as per product strategy for targeted business goals.



What you'll do:
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: 
  • -Assist the VP in developing and executing department-level strategic plans and initiatives. 
  • -Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making. 
  • -Track global market / region activities, analyze trends and identify areas to input to business and product strategy 
  • -Identify and analyze potential risks and opportunities for the department. 
  • -Execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, and pricing and expansion in international markets  

  • Product Operations: 
  • -Operational Excellence: Streamline and optimize product-related processes, such as product launches, customer onboarding, and customer support. 
  • -Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on key product metrics (e.g., adoption rates, customer satisfaction, churn) to inform product decisions and strategy. 
  • -Product Lifecycle Management: Monitor product performance throughout the lifecycle and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. 

  • Business Operations: 
  • -Analyze and identify areas for improvement in key business processes across the product lifecycle. 
  • -Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, such as workflow optimization, automation, and standardization. 
  • -Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources (e.g., CRM, ERP, marketing automation platforms) to identify trends, measure performance, and track key metrics. 
  • -Prepare and present data-driven reports and dashboards to leadership on key business performance indicators (KPIs).  

  • Communication & Collaboration: 
  • -Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues across all departments. 
  • -Effectively communicate information and updates to the Head of product and other stakeholders 


Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration and Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product operations, Business operations or Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior executives. 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, anticipate risks and meet deadlines. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office


$164,000 - $247,000 a year

Total package details for U.S. based positions:

- Regular employee positions: Salary within range listed above + Bonus + Benefits + Equity

- Temporary employee positions: Hourly within range listed above + temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days

of employment)

- Interns/Military Fellows/Part-time not eligible for bonus, benefits or equity


Total package details for International positions which are roles based outside of the United States (where applicable):

- International premium, hardship differential, cost of living differential, living quarters allowance, foreign service transfer

allowance, equity, international benefits, visa assistance, and relocation assistance.


Salary compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location. All offers are contingent on a cleared background and possible reference check.
