Esta es una oportunidad única para agarrar un producto con revenue y tracción para hacerlo crecer y mejorarlo. Excelente para un indie hacker que haya hecho productos propios o haya participado en la creacion y mejora de productos en early stage, donde el foco principal es dar una excelente experiencia de usuario y expandir el scope del producto sin la incertidumbre inicial de conseguir los primeros 100 clientes.

Calendico es una startup SaaS que busca simplificar el agendamiento de citas a través de WhatsApp. En este momento de transición y expansión, estamos buscando una persona técnica con mentalidad de producto, capaz de construir, iterar y escalar funcionalidades con impacto real en el negocio.Este rol es una oportunidad para alguien que no solo codea, sino que entiende cómo conectar tecnología con usuarios, necesidades y oportunidades de mercado.

The Role

Buscamos un perfil híbrido, alguien técnico, pero también con sensibilidad de diseño, visión de producto y ganas de experimentar. La idea es que puedas adueñarte de features de punta a punta: pensar hipótesis, investigar usuarios, prototipar, codear, lanzar, medir adopción, iterar. Queremos a alguien obsesionado por resolver problemas reales, no solo por escribir código elegante. Si buscás un desafío real, donde puedas tener impacto desde el día 1, construir producto con sentido y crecer en una empresa en expansión, te queremos conocer.

Requisitos clave:

  • Background técnico sólido. No hace falta que seas experto/a en Ruby on Rails, pero sí que puedas aprenderlo rápido.Experiencia o interés genuino por producto y negocio. Si te gusta hablar con usuarios, medir adopción o hacer benchmark, vas por buen camino.

  • Buen criterio de diseño y UI. No buscamos un diseñador, pero sí alguien que entienda qué se ve bien y por qué.

  • Conocimiento y uso de metodologías de desarrollo ágiles. Valoramos experiencia en discovery, prototipado, testing, releases graduales.

  • Mentalidad de startup: ownership, velocidad, aprendizaje constante.Ambición. Este rol no es estático: el objetivo es que puedas crecer a CTO si tenés el mindset, los resultados y la motivación para hacerlo.

  • Trabajo 100% remoto, con foco en comunicación y autonomía.
