Solutions Architects are primarily responsible for integrating and onboarding new customers, onboarding existing customers to new product offerings, and providing product/domain expertise to the broader Customer Success team to help bring our customer’s most complex use cases to life. You'll be conducting technical discovery, technical stakeholder management, and workshopping to inform technical / architectural recommendations. We’re looking for process-oriented people, who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and who love learning. You are critical to the long-term success of our customers as you’ll be advising them on the best ways to integrate Simon to their existing Martech stack and orchestrate their highest value campaigns.
Able to manage and deploy numerous client onboardings while implementing new process improvements for the greater team
Anticipates risks to tasks, and course corrects accordingly, escalating issues early before they affect the projected plan
Work with customer marketing, product, and engineering teams to advise them on how Simon will fit into their marketing and data stack
Diagnose challenges at the intersection of data and marketing facing CMOs, CTOs and VP-level leaders at F1000s and high-growth companies
Work closely with Simon Data’s sales, client solutions, engineering and product teams to help shape product vision and deployment strategy
Convey the voice of customers to a product and engineering team that is passionate about quality, staying ahead of the curve, teamwork, and supporting customer objectives
7+ years of professional work experience; at least 3 of which are in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or SaaS implementation
Ability to support more junior level associates in their day to day tasks
Prior Lead or Management experience a plus
Strong business acumen, ability to strategically partner with clients
Knowledge with complex data models and mapping business needs to technical needs and vice versa
SQL expertise or similar relevant programming languages
Deep understanding of APIs, web/mobile SDKs, and related technologies
Results-oriented strategic thinker who is able to thrive in an unstructured and fast-paced environment
Intellectually curious and a problem solver
Superior emotional intelligence and communication skills
Ability to quickly absorb and comprehend the ever-changing landscape of data and marketing technology (prior knowledge a plus)
Ability to work independently to deliver outcomes, and collaborate with and across teams
Superior presentation skills and the ability to think on your feet
Bachelor's Degree ( Computer Science, Data Analytics or technical a plus)

In compliance with the state and city salary transparency requirements, the potential salary for this position is from $130,000 to $165,000 which represents a range commensurate with experience.
