Sinch is looking for an Install Base Account Manager to focus on increasing existing account-based sales. This individual will work closely with Sales and Support leadership in efforts to execute business processes, follow best practices, and help meet the needs of our existing customer base. This individual will evangelize Sinch’s diverse product suite, resulting in the adoption, expansion, and renewal of Sinch’s customer base.

The annual starting salary for this position is $70,800 USD. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be $47,200 annually and are based on performance. Join Sinch as an Install Base Account Manager and take the reins in amplifying our existing account sales! In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate closely with our Sales and Support leadership, ensuring that we meet the unique needs of our valued customer base. Your mission? To evangelize Sinch’s rich product suite, driving adoption, expansion, and renewal across our portfolio. You'll maintain relationships with accounts generating monthly recurring revenue between $1K and $50K, conduct insightful account reviews, and proactively prospect within existing accounts to uncover new opportunities. With a focus on cross-selling and upselling, you'll manage a high-velocity sales funnel while guiding customers through their lifecycle journey. We’re looking for someone with at least 3 years of technology sales experience, preferably in SaaS, who has a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
