Job Overview
This is a great opportunity to join a growing sales team and play an integral role in building the foundation of a new function in our sales organization. We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager with experience in mobile marketing SaaS to serve as the primary commercial point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
This role is highly strategic and focused on scaling up customers across high-growth verticals. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, identifying opportunities to expand revenue, and maintaining best-in-class retention. You will be the dominant driver of revenue growth for our mid-market customer sector and be on the front lines evangelizing our platform to key stakeholders.
What you will do:
Carry an Annual revenue quota
Manage the US/EMEA Mid-Market Customer Portfolio.
Work to increase customer retention and identify opportunities for upselling additional services or features.
Work cross-functionally with Customer Success to facilitate timely renewals.
Educate and effectively communicate Singular's maximum value in complex negotiations.
Set and track sales account targets aligned with company objectives
Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

What you will need:
3+ years of proven renewal, sales, customer success, account management and/or consulting experience.
Experience with carrying and continually exceeding quota
Experience selling SaaS technologies products/technologies
Proven track record of consistently meeting/exceeding revenue and retention targets, with demonstrated success at maintaining strong & long-term client relationships.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented and experienced in succeeding in an entrepreneurial environment
Proven track record of forward and innovative thinking for driving business results
Demonstrable technical acumen and desire to operate hands-on with Singular product and operational tools (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot)
Strong understanding of marketing, analytics, and attribution.
