As the “right hand” of the assigned Sales team members you will oversee a mirrored portfolio of accounts, track performance metrics, and advocate for customers internally to align company offerings with their objectives. The role includes building customer loyalty by resolving issues proactively, identifying growth opportunities within accounts, and ensuring data integrity across Sales Operations systems. Collaboration with internal teams is key to driving exceptional customer experience and achieving business outcomes. Regular reporting and communication with stakeholders will ensure transparency and alignment on progress and priorities.
