Company Description

Starting pay rate: $19 / hour PLUS earn up to an additional $1,000+ per month with our Incentive Program for upsells and upgrades. Use our Daily Pay benefit and get access to your pay as you need it.

$1,000 SIGN ON BONUS is applicable only to new hires and rehires who have not been employed with Westgate within one year from their last day of employment.

Job Description

There are no do-overs with vacations. As the Front Desk Agent, you know what people need and are legendary at winning them over. You have a professional, warm, and friendly demeanor and are passionate about creating a positive experience with every guest interaction.   • Greet, register, assign rooms and issue room keys to guests.
  • Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
  • Calculate bills, collect payments, and make necessary corrections required.
  • Listen to guest complaints and strives to find solutions in a timely manner.
  • Answer guest questions and provide accurate information about property and surrounding areas.
  • Adhere to Westgate’s company core values: Integrity, Passion, and Work Ethic.
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership team.

Qualifications

  • Prior customer service and hospitality experience is strongly preferred but not required
  • Experience working in customer facing industries such as hotel, resort, medical, banking, airlines, etc.
  • Strong computer skills and comfortable learning new reservation software and technology
  • Fast learner with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read, write and speak English conversationally
  • Enjoys working in a fun face paced environment
  • Must be able to work holidays and weekend
  • Must be to lift up to 15lbs
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
