Responsibilities
- Review aging reports regularly to minimize outstanding balances.
- Respond to customer emails and phone inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
- Maintain clear records of collections efforts and customer correspondence.
- Research discrepancies to resolve non-payment issues.
- Evaluate and prioritize outstanding accounts for collection actions.
- Work with internal departments to resolve past due accounts.
- Report collections concerns and recommendations to management.
- Generate refund requests and assist with other accounting functions.
Education
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
