Description du poste

Le poste : 

Nous recherchons un.e. Sales Development Representative pour rejoindre notre département Sales. Vous jouez un rôle crucial dans notre stratégie de croissance, contribuant directement à l'expansion de l'entreprise grâce à votre focus outbound.

Ce poste représente une excellente opportunité d'apprendre les meilleures pratiques de vente et d'utiliser différents outils. 

Vos missions incluent :

  • Identifier des clients potentiels Grands Comptes et Mid-Market en France

  • Appeler des prospects outbound et inbound pour initier une relation et obtenir des rendez-vous de qualification. Les leads entrants (inbound) sont identifiés à partir de téléchargements de livres blancs, d'une liste de participations à des événements...)

  • Qualifier les leads en fonction des directives de l'équipe (méthodologie BANT)

  • Utiliser les meilleures pratiques pour créer des séquences/cadences d'e-mails, d'appels et de social selling pour les campagnes outbound

  • Utiliser notre CRM, Zoho, et nos outils dédiés : Zoom Info, Outreach, Linkedin Sales Navigator

  • Programmer des démonstrations avec les prospects pertinents et nos Account Executive

  • Collaborer avec notre équipe Marketing pour définir les messages d’approche des campagnes outbound et cibler les bons prospects

Qualifications

Le.a. candidat.e. idéal.e. :

  • Vous avez impérativement une expérience en prospection (outbound)

  • Parler au téléphone avec des personnes que vous ne connaissez pas ne vous fait pas peur, peu importe à qui vous parlez et qui est autour

  • Vous avez d'excellentes compétences communicationnelles, à l'écrit comme à l'oral et vous savez être persuasif. Votre énergie, votre curiosité et votre empathie vous permet de créer des relations rapidement avec les prospects

  • Votre bon niveau d'anglais vous permet de collaborer avec nos équipes anglophones en interne (niveau C1)

  • Vous avez une bonne compréhension de la structure des grandes entreprises et de leurs enjeux et nos projets vous intéressent (communication interne, engagement des employés, social selling...)

  • Vous savez gérer vos priorités

  • Vous êtes à l'aise dans des environnements innovants et avec les nouvelles technologies ('IA) et vous vous adaptez aux changements rapidement
