Sodexo is #NowHiring our Area General Manager, Independent Schools for the Greater Philadelphia Area. Are you an experienced General Manager or Director with a strong culinary background and a passion for strategic leadership? At Sodexo, we deliver food, nutrition, environmental and facilities management solutions to partnered K-12 schools. Joining us at one of our school sites means fostering healthy learning environments and positively influencing the students’ well-being and performance.

What You'll Do

  • Manage all operational activities through subordinate managers, supervisors, and frontline staff
  • Oversee multiple Independent School dining accounts in the Greater Philadelphia area, managing 9-10 cost centers, including dining halls, retail operations, cafés, and catering services
  • Lead and support a team of managers to ensure the successful execution of our Independent School dining standards and brand identity
  • Provide timely and accurate financial reporting across three campuses, ensuring alignment with company and client financial goals
