Sodexo is seeking a  Human Resources Manager - Training to join our team at UC Health Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.  UC Health brings together the region’s top clinicians and researchers to provide world-class care to the Cincinnati community and beyond. From our flagship University of Cincinnati Medical Center to our state-of-the-art West Chester Hospital, UC Health delivers the absolute best in treatment and care.

The HR Manager - Training will lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs for patient services staff.  This role focuses on enhancing the skills and performance of both frontline and managers through effective onboarding, training and continuous professional development.

 

What You'll Do

  • design, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs in a timely manner for frontline staff and managers;
  • develop and deliver onboarding programs;
  • evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through post training assessments, feedback, and performance metrics;
  • maintain records of training activities and employee progress;
  • act as a liaison between patient services staff, managers, and hospital leadership to foster a cohesive learning culture.
