Sr Stress Static Engineer

As a Sr Stress Static Engineer at our company, your main responsibilities will include performing comprehensive stress analysis on metallic and composite aircraft structures, extracting vital loads and material data, and using FEM techniques for analysis. You will also handle sizing for static and fatigue requirements, conduct RF calculations to assess various failure modes, and prepare essential stress certification dossiers.

To be eligible for the Sr Stress Static Engineer position, you need a B.E or M.E in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering. Additionally, you should have 6-9 years of hands-on experience in static analysis, especially on the Airbus A350, and a solid background in design and sizing of aircraft primary structural components.

As a Sr Stress Static Engineer, familiarity with tools such as Patran, Nastran, Hypermesh, and ISAMI is essential. These tools will aid you in performing finite element analysis and managing the stress analysis tasks efficiently, ensuring that all structural requirements are met.
