We are looking for a B2B & PRO Business Lead with strong ownership to manage our business development unit and drive annual sales performance of Imaging Pro & B2B Sector Business in Germany & Austria.

Sony is a leading manufacturer of innovative high-quality products and solutions across the photo and video market for a wide array of professional end-users and customers such as rental companies, small and large production houses, freelancers, universities and media agencies.
Our Imaging Pro & B2B Sector team oversees various vertical markets such as Education, Governmental and Pro Video in Germany and Austria. The team also collaborates closely with WMA (World Media Agencies) and professional end-users.
Your skills and qualifications
Education minimum High School / academic
Advanced understanding of photographic & videographic products
Technical photo & video back-ground in B2B sector desirable
Commercially driven and work experience in Sales
Proactive and with entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent knowledge of German and English (spoken & written)
Willingness to travel up to 3 days/week for business purposes
The B2B & PRO Sector Lead is managing the team of B2B Sector Managers. She/ he is responsible for the business development & annual sales performance of the total B2B & PRO sector team in SDL.
1. Responsible to generate demand and sales in professional Photo AND Video market in Germany.
2. Expand and manage the customer portfolio of the B2B sector team. Develop business relationships with key stakeholders and relevant decision makers in the industry.
3. Responsible to optimize resources, way of operation, allocate investments and review necessary structures of the B2B & PRO Sector team.
4. Explore leads and generate business potentials for Sony DI photo & video products in his B2B sector. Builds an annual sector sales development plan. Establishes requirements, removes commercial barriers, explores route to markets & sales partners and generates product solutions relevant for the sector. Quantify short, mid & long-term sales potentials by model and € value. Close communication with local & pan EU Product Marketing teams.
5. Responsible to sign-off forecast, plan and sales performance of his Sector Managers vs. monthly targets and generates periodic, internal business reports. Ensuring accurate reporting and maintenance of all B2B “Leads” into Sales Force.com (SFDC).
6. Ensures a coordinated event strategy across the B2B Sector team (i.e. workshops, Pro conferences, live talks, seminars & B2B fairs) with-in allocated budget funds and track event performances vs set of KPI’s.
7. Oversees a coherent commercial conditions & pricing system with-in the B2B & PRO team.
8. Ensures personal development and encourages learning for the B2B SECTOR team.
