Job Description

Scrum introduces short term, functional incremental progress on performance directed by the Scrum Master and Product Owner. As a Consultant in Organization & Culture Transformation, you will be challenged with complex organizational issues, which you translate from strategy to execution in collaboration with the client, or vice versa, scaling execution to organization-wide digital transformation.  

There is no lack of subject matter expertise within Sopra Steria! As a Consultant in Organization & Culture Transformation, you work closely with Sopra Steria experts and the client during transformation projects.
