Position Summary

Nous recherchons un Support Atelier Digital compétent et expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Vous assurerez plusieurs étapes du cycle de vie d’une application atelier dans le secteur de l’aérospatial : déploiement et support. Vous collaborerez en étroite collaboration avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour assurer la réussite des projets dans les limites de la portée, des délais et du budget, tout en maintenant les normes de qualité et de conformité les plus élevées.

Responsibilities

Support Atelier digital :

  • Vous supportez les utilisateurs dans l’utilisation d’application atelier.
  • Coaching / Formation des nouveaux arrivants.
  • Rédiger des fiches d’anomalies ou spécifier des demandes d’évolutions.
  • Faire le lien entre les utilisateurs et l’équipe projet des solutions.
  • Tester les mises à jour des applications avant déploiement en production.

Compte rendu :

  • Préparer des rapports d'état réguliers sur le projet, offrant une visibilité transparente sur les actions prises, leurs avancements, les jalons et les résultats du projet.

Experience :

  • Une expérience préalable de travail avec des clients de l'industrie aérospatiale est préférable.

Education & Certifications :

  • Niveau DEC (Diplôme d’études collégiales) dans le domaine du génie manufacturier, de l’informatique ou dans un domaine connexe.

Compétences :

  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les solutions informatiques et l'accompagnement des utilisateurs.
  • Expérimenté dans l’analyse des causes racines, capacités à résoudre des problèmes informatiques.
  • Discussions techniques avec les utilisateurs finaux.
  • Connaissance des technologies numériques, et de leurs applications dans le secteur aérospatial.
  • Compréhension des réglementations, des normes et des meilleures pratiques de l'industrie aérospatiale.
