Customer Service Representative

Description

Spartan Logistics is a third-party logistics (3PL) company headquartered in Columbus, OH. We specialize in a unique logistics model: We own and operate our own warehouses, fleet, forklifts, and other key equipment. We have decades of experience in fast-moving inventory, especially food and beverages, and also are veteran handlers of glass, paper, automotive supplies, and more. With our staff of more than 350, we operate over 3 million square feet of warehouse space strategically placed throughout Ohio, Indiana, South Carolina, Missouri, Arkansas, Kentucky and Texas.


We are currently looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator in our Columbus, OH location. This is not a call center position! Duties include, but not limited to, processing shipments, warehouse inventory, customer relations and assisting in the warehouse as needed.


Day Shift hours - Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm, with occasional Overtime.

Requirements

What You’ll Need:

  • Good character and integrity!
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Basic Excel knowledge.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-pace environment.
  • Must have experience working in an office setting.
  • Warehouse experience preferred.
  • BOL handling experience preferred
