The Specialist, Brand & Corporate Communications will contribute to the development and execution of our company's brand strategy and corporate marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should be passionate about brand communication, possess strong attention to detail, and have a flair for creative content creation. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support the overall growth of the company's brand presence. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Brand & Corporate Marketing.
As our Specialist, Brand & Corporate Marketing, you will:
- Lead in the development of clear and compelling brand messaging that aligns with the company's values and resonates with target audiences
- Contribute to the creation of engaging and consistent content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, and other collateral
- Support the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns, collaborating with the brand and corporate marketing team
- Own the management of campaign materials, visuals, and copy that adhere to brand guidelines and effectively convey key messages
- Manage the maintenance and enhancement of the company's digital presence, including websites, social media profiles, and online platforms
- Monitor social media channels; lead the engagement with online communities to promote the brand and manage inquiries
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all communications and materials
- Maintain and update brand guidelines as needed to reflect evolving strategies and market trends
- Create and present reports on relevant web analytics and KPIs; maintain quarterly content calendars
- Own the planning and coordination of brand-related events, sponsorships, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility, collaborating with internal/external partners and vendors to ensure successful event execution
- Perform other duties as assigned
You have:
- 3-5 years of relevant previous experience
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a relevant field
- Prior experience with marketing communications, especially social media
- Prior experience in public relations, community marketing, or media relations (a strong plus)
- Superb communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
