The Program Coordinator Memory Care position helps to create and lead an exciting program that maximizes resident engagement and enhances the quality of life of our residents.

Are you ready to bring a smile to the faces of our residents at Spectrum Retirement Communities as an Activities Coordinator for Memory Care? In this part-time role, you'll have the opportunity to create and lead engaging programs that significantly enhance the quality of life for our residents. Working Sunday through Tuesday from 9 AM to 5 PM, your days will be filled with the joy of connecting with individuals and planning purposeful events. Your duties will include planning and implementing a variety of adult-centric activities that are cultural, intellectual, spiritual, social, physical, and recreational. You'll be tasked with developing a balanced monthly program calendar and bringing in groups to perform or instruct residents. Building positive relationships is key, as you will actively encourage participation and engagement. If you enjoy being a part of meaningful interactions and helping guide residents to exciting outings, this could be an ideal fit for you! To thrive in this role, bring a big smile, an eagerness to learn, and a passion for creating wonderful experiences. While previous programming experience is preferred, we're looking for an open-minded team player who's 21 or older with a valid driver’s license.
