JOB SUMMARYSells products and services to customers in assigned non-bulk multi-dwelling units (MDU) areas/properties with 50+ doors through door-to-door solicitation, lobby events and by building strong relationships with property managers.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESActively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experienceMeets established objectives relative to monthly sales goals and increased sales volume and penetration through assigned leads and assigned property portfolioSolicits residential customers through door-to door solicitation, lobby events and by building/maintaining strong relationships with property managementGenerates incremental revenue from existing customers by adding new/additional servicesResponds to customer problems and complaints according to established company policy; follows through to ensure issues are satisfactorily resolvedMaintains a well-informed knowledge base of competitors activities throughout assigned territory; informs manager of any changing competitive pricing programs or marketing directionsAttends and actively contributes to sales meetings and training programsAccurately completes all necessary paperwork to support sales activities in a manner consistent with quality control guidelines, including dispositions, sales orders and sales reportingCollect and account for funds and provide receipts according to Company policies and guidelinesREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSRequired Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeKnowledge of cold call sales skills, persuasion, and clear communication skillsAbility to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned territories and company facilities using a reliable personal vehicleAbility to work outside for extended periods in any season and/or during inclement weatherFamiliarity with computer operating systems, a myriad of consumer and commercial communications devices (e.g., PDAs, smartphones, routers, modems, converters, and wireless devices), and computer software applicationsValid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record within Company required standardsBilingual Korean requiredRequired EducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent work experienceRequired Related Work Experience and Number of YearsExperience in sales or customer service - 1+PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPreferred Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeKnowledge of communications technologies and services, with an emphasis on data networking fundamentalsKnowledge of cable or telecommunications servicesExperience with consumer education of products and servicesSuccess in a previous sales position, prospecting or cold calling; direct sales experience is preferred, but not required.Preferred Related Work Experience and Number of Years2+ years sales or relevant work experienceWORKING CONDITIONSSpends approximately 80% of time in outside environment for extended periods of time in any season with potential exposure to inclement weatherMust be able to lift 10-20 pounds for 20 - 30 feet (digital boxes, etc.)Exposure to moderate noise levelsMust be able to work evenings and weekendsVariable hours: may include weekends, holidays, and split days off#ZRSMSMD300 2024-44329 2024Here, employees don’t just have jobs, they build careers.
