We’re seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts by delivering tailored, impactful demonstrations of our platform that address client-specific challenges and goals. Working closely with the sales team, you will act as a trusted advisor to prospects, showcasing the value of our solutions through deep technical expertise and business acumen. This role involves direct client interaction, both virtually and onsite, to build strong relationships and ensure alignment with client needs. This is a unique opportunity to be a high-impact, early member of the company. Reporting directly to our Head of Sales.
This role is based out of our San Francisco or New York office 4 days per week.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand prospect requirements and tailor demos that highlight the value and impact of our platform.
Deliver engaging, customized product demonstrations that resonate with client needs and business goals.
Act as a subject matter expert during the sales process, answering technical questions and addressing concerns to build trust and credibility.
Partner with product and engineering teams to stay up-to-date on new features and ensure alignment between product capabilities and client requirements.
Travel onsite to meet with clients, build relationships, and deepen understanding of their challenges and goals.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and articulate our unique value proposition.
Provide feedback to internal teams regarding client requirements and feature requests to continuously improve our product.
Support RFP/RFI responses by providing technical input and ensuring accurate, compelling documentation.
Conduct post-demo follow-ups to address any additional client questions or concerns.
5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, pre-sales, or a related role within the SaaS or technology sector at a series (A-C) company
Proven track record of delivering custom, client-focused product demonstrations that drive sales success.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with technical and non-technical audiences alike.
Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and articulate the value of complex SaaS solutions.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment is preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 30-50% of the time to meet clients onsite as needed.
Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client challenges.

The salary range for this full-time position is $175,000 - $220,000 + Equity + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
