Uniphore is looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of campaigns and programs that drive awareness, engagement, and growth with our partner ecosystem.



This is a hybrid role where the ideal candidate will collaborate with our internal teams from one of the following hubs:


*Palo Alto, CA

*Alpharetta, GA

*Salt Lake City, UT

*Plano, TX

*New York City, NY

 

We are looking for a partner marketing expert with experience in B2B tech, who is data-driven, and can operate at both strategic and tactical levels. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across sales and marketing to develop and execute effective partner marketing strategies that align with business objectives. You will build and manage our partner marketing campaigns and programs, foster strong relationships with key partners, and drive joint marketing programs.

 

 

Responsibilities:


  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and establish globally aligned partner sales and marketing plans with shared KPIs.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner marketing strategy aligned with the overall marketing and business goals.
  • Collaborate with partner sales teams and product marketing to identify target partner segments, market opportunities, and joint marketing objectives.
  • Develop partner marketing campaigns, programs, and assets to enable partners to effectively market and sell our products and solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support to partners on joint marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging, branding, and execution.
  • Collaborate with partners to plan and execute joint marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and other demand generation activities.
  • Develop compelling co-marketing programs and collateral that highlight the value proposition of our joint solutions. Measure and analyze the effectiveness of joint marketing activities, provide insights, and continually optimize.
  • Work closely with other marketing teams to develop partner-specific marketing assets, including presentations, case studies, white papers, and web content.
  • Ensure the availability of up-to-date and relevant partner marketing materials that support partner enablement and demand generation efforts.
  • Define and track key performance indicators to measure the success of partner marketing programs and initiatives.
  • Provide regular reporting on partner marketing performance, including lead generation, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
  • Collaborate with marketing operations to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of partner-related opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, best practices, and areas for partner marketing improvement.


Requirements/Qualifications:


  • 8+ years of partner marketing experience, primarily in B2B tech.
  • Demonstrated success working across a range of partners. 
  • Ability to translate business objectives into a well-defined marketing strategy and execution plans that have clear metrics and KPIs.
  • Experience designing and executing partner campaigns and programs globally.
  • Deep understanding of to-, through- and with- partner marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Ability to plan, manage and execute several marketing programs simultaneously.
  • Proven analytical skills, able to assess opportunities and make decisions on ROI of programs and investments.
  • Exceptional ability to lead, influence and work across organizational and geographic boundaries, with a strong track record of cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to operate and excel at strategic as well as tactical levels. Willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both at the executive level and with peers and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability and willingness to travel at least once a month to a Uniphore office in the US and to company/team/partner-related meetings as needed.

$170,000 - $198,000 a year

The anticipated base salary hiring range for this position is:  

California: $170,000 - $180,000

The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.

 

In addition to competitive base pay, this position also includes an annual bonus based on target achievement, pre-IPO stock options, benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with a match, and more, plus generous paid time off, paid holidays, paid day off for your birthday and other paid leave policies to support employees through all phases of life.
