We'd love to talk.As the first B2B Marketing hire for LocalFinds, this role gets to build foundational strategy and set the trajectory for growth, with the goal to attract and retain sellers (local brick-and-mortar businesses) in key markets and nationwide. You'll be a pivotal part in defining and shaping our seller acquisition strategy, working closely with marketing and cross-functional leadership to develop and implement a short and long-term vision.Your role will involve combining the creative aspect of storytelling with the analytical side of direct response, to craft campaigns that inspire local businesses to join Walmart LocalFinds.It's an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about neighborhoods and communities, growing local small businesses, expanding high-profile partnerships, and creating a Walmart flywheel.Key Responsibilities:Define Product Positioning: Develop messaging, positioning, and value propositions for the LocalFinds B2B audience, ranging from SMBs to enterprise retailers. Market Research & Seller Insights: Conduct research and leverage consumer insights, market research, and data analytics to inform and enhance LocalFinds go-to-market strategies. Set Brand Marketing Strategy & Define GTM Plan: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive B2B marketing strategies in alignment with business goals, including the identification of target segments and setting of marketing goals. Secure support and buy-in from senior leadership. Drive Sales Enablement & Content Strategy: Support sales teams with product education, audience knowledge and supporting content such as pitch decks, case studies, blogs, webpages, whitepapers, and other customer and sales-facing content. Facilitate Creative Production: Develop briefs and provide guidance to internal creative teams/external agencies to ensure output is in line with overall brand strategy, business objectives and delivers on marketing strategy. Activate Demand Generation: Develop and execute on launch plans for customer acquisition and expansion. This could look like account-based marketing, regional-specific brand campaigns, event activations and more. Monitor and optimize KPIs to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and achieve maximum efficiency. Manage Marketing Budget & Reporting: Partner with Sales Enablement and Business Development to measure performance. Oversee budgets, goals, and cost efficiency of programs. Enable a Flywheel: Help define B2B2C opportunities for marketing collaboration in partnership with the B2C Marketing Lead.
