Take the lead in finding and hiring top talent for our team! You’ll be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and screening applicants for open positions, all while partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs. You’ll provide expert advice and guidance at every step of the recruitment journey, helping us attract the best candidates. Get creative in developing and implementing recruitment strategies and build valuable connections in the labor market. You’ll also represent us at off-site recruitment events. We're fastidious about maintaining compliance with policies and procedures and federal, state and local regulations.Schedule• This position is hybrid, requiring weekly on-site presence with some capacity to work from home.• Our standard working hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00-5:00, but we offer flexibility within reason.Minimum Education and/or Training:• Bachelor's degree in a related field.Minimum Experience:Recruiter I:• Minimum Requirement: Some HR, hospitality or customer service-related experience (Talent Acquisition or similar role providing sourcing and/ or recruiting support) preferred.• Some experience managing communication with key stakeholders (e.g., hiring managers, recruiters), preferred.• Some experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings), preferred.• Some experience working with employment laws and state and local laws as applicable.• Proven performance in earlier role.Recruiter II:• Minimum Requirement: 2+ years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role handling sourcing and/ or recruiting activities.• Experience with full lifecycle recruiting components (e.g., qualifying, networking, candidate selection, job analysis, salary trends).• Experience establishing cross-functional collaboration, recruiting networks, and implementing innovative techniques to source and attract talent, preferred.• Experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings); Experience using ATS and CRM technology.• Experience working with employment laws and state and local laws as applicable.• Shows strong understanding of interview techniques/tools, evaluation methods and recruitment lifecycle.• Actively maintains a robust pipeline of candidates through sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees.• Coordinates with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and setting up interviews for more senior candidates.Compensation:Recruiter I: S14 ($54,080-$74,360 annually)Recruiter II: S15 ($60,320-$82,680 annually)CompensationIn recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
