Qualifications:
- Education: Associate of Science or completion of an official military medical laboratory training course + 2 years MLT experience.
- Experience: 0 years' experience.
- Certification: Medical Laboratory Technician (ASCP_MLT or AMT_MLT).

While you should have an Associate of Science degree or have completed a military medical laboratory training course, don’t worry if you’re just starting out; we welcome those with 0 years of experience in the field! We do require the Medical Laboratory Technician (ASCP_MLT or AMT_MLT) certification to ensure you meet the standards for this important position.
