Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Personal Trainer Fitness Coach to lead our fitness team and enhance the overall client experience at our facility. This role combines personal training expertise with managerial responsibilities, ensuring that our clients achieve their fitness goals while fostering a positive and motivating environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a team of personal trainers, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training to ensure high standards of service and client satisfaction.

• Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their fitness goals and creating personalized training programs that promote their success.

• Program Development: Design and implement innovative fitness programs and workshops that cater to diverse client needs, including group classes and individual training sessions.

• Performance Monitoring: Track client progress and adjust training plans as necessary to ensure clients are meeting their fitness objectives. Conduct regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

• Facility Management: Ensure the fitness area is clean, safe, and well-maintained.

• Enforce gym policies and safety regulations to create a secure environment for all clients.

• Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote personal training services and increase client enrollment.

• Assist in developing promotional materials and campaigns.

• Administrative Duties: Manage scheduling, client records, and billing processes.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and training sessions.


Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field preferred.

• Certifications: Current certification from a recognized organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM) is required. Additional certifications in specialized training (e.g., strength training, nutrition) are a plus.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a personal trainer, with at least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory role.

• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire clients and staff alike. Proficient in fitness assessment techniques and program design.
