Salesforce RFS Project Trainer

We are seeking a dynamic Trainer to join our Salesforce RFS project team. This role focuses on preparing, delivering, and managing training resources to empower Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) staff in effectively using Salesforce tools and features. You will play a critical part in ensuring the successful adoption and sustainability of the platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Training Development: Create comprehensive training materials, including presentations, user guides, FAQs, and interactive content tailored to various DHSS user roles.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct engaging training sessions (in-person and virtual) to educate DHSS staff on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
  • Reusable Content Creation: Develop reusable and easily accessible training guides and materials for ongoing staff reference.
  • Feedback Integration: Collect and analyze participant feedback to improve training programs and materials.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and DHSS leadership, to ensure training aligns with project goals and user needs.
  • Support: Provide post-training support to address questions, troubleshoot issues, and guide users in applying their learning.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and delivering training programs, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce platforms.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce, including hands-on experience with its core functionalities (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, reports, dashboards, and user management).
  • Proficiency in creating diverse training materials, including slide decks, video tutorials, interactive modules, and documentation tailored to user needs.
  • Proven ability to conduct training sessions for varying audience sizes and technical proficiency levels, both virtually and in person.
  • Experience working with public sector organizations or health and human services agencies (preferred).
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple training sessions and material updates.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a focus on clarity and engagement.
