The Employee Relations Manager plays a key role in developing a competitive talent position for Stand Together by reducing risk through the investigation and resolution of employee concerns, establishment of standards of operational excellence, risk mitigation strategies, and HR support. The role involves acting as the employee relations center of excellence lead investigator, maintaining employee relations trackers, and staying updated on employment laws.

In this pivotal role, you will help cultivate a competitive talent position for our organization by investigating and resolving employee concerns, developing operational excellence standards, and creating effective risk mitigation strategies. As the Employee Relations Manager, you will lead fair and unbiased investigations into complex employee matters, ensuring that each case is documented accurately in our employee relations tracker. Your keen understanding of federal and state laws will keep our practices in line with compliance requirements, while your strong analytical skills will allow you to analyze data and produce insightful reports that enhance decision-making. You’ll collaborate closely with HR leaders and legal teams to present your findings, ensuring that we maintain high accountability at all levels. With over five years of experience in employee relations or a related HR field, you will leverage your expertise to build credible partnerships throughout the organization and support various projects like exit interviews and supervisor training.
