About the role

 

We are looking for a Strategic Field & Events leader that will build Regional programs with Sales Leadership to drive pipeline growth through Executive, Field, and Customer curated programs and events.


As a Director, Field Marketing at Starburst you will:
  • Partner with GTM leadership to develop yearly plans to build marketing plans that meet/exceed pipeline goals for North American and APAC regions.
  • Lead team to develop Regional demand generation plans that include prospects and customer curated programs. 
  • Build Executive Marketing capabilities through Executive Briefings, working with Customer Marketing on Customer Advisory Board and enhance customer central events. 
  • Develop and execute customer-driven, regional marketing strategies and programs to increase brand awareness, demand, pipeline, product usage, retention and expansion.
  • Work with Marketing leadership to help build a strong feedback loop from field to core marketing functions. 
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to develop relevant messaging, positioning, and region-specific content plans.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, agencies, and strategic partners to enhance execution and maximize sponsorship opportunities.
  • Run internal events for Starburst
  • Manage and coach global Field Marketing team to ensure alignment on bringing the Starburst brand to market.

  • Execution Excellence
  • 15+ years of experience in Field Marketing with 5+ years of experience in leardership
  • Experience in technology infrastructure companies is strongly preferred
  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams


Where could this role be based?
  • Boston or Remote, travel up to 50%


$170,000 - $200,000 a year
The base salary range for this US full-time position is $170,00- $200,00 USD + Bonus subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. All candidates receive equity (ISO) and access to a comprehensive benefits offering.  The base salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for candidates across all US locations. Work location, skills, experience, and any relevant education or training determine the compensation awarded to the candidate. The Recruiting Team or Hiring Manager can share more about the specific salary range with you during the recruitment process.
