What You'll Do


As the Strategy & Planning Lead, you are a highly motivated and proactive individual responsible for developing and refining metrics across our DTS functions to ensure they are both measurable and meaningful. You possess a keen understanding of business acumen and are well-versed in knowing which areas of the process to measure in terms of adoption, usage, efficiency, and productivity. Your hunger for knowledge and willingness to adapt quickly, even in uncertain circumstances, sets you apart. You are dedicated to comprehending our objectives and have the capacity to fine-tune each key result based on the current maturity of the deliverables and releases. You take ownership of managing the key results for each of our objectives in our organization, collaborating closely with functional leaders and SMEs to ensure they meet their metrics. You ensure that this is a living document that we utilize as a foundation for our quarterly business reviews and metrics scorecard, holding yourself accountable for its success.

This position is an individual contributor role, reporting to Senior Director, Business Operations and is designated as Flex.


Responsibility

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and oversee ambitious Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) that align with the company's overall OKRs and articulate business needs
  • Create and maintain accurate metrics formulas for OKR tracking, ensuring they can be effectively measured and tracked
  • Develop and manage real-time digital dashboards to document and maintain metrics across all DTS functions, enabling streamlined decision-making
  • Conduct detailed analysis on software and other budget items, providing insights on spend trajectory and identifying areas for optimization
  • Synthesize spend analysis findings into comprehensive quarterly dashboards, enabling leadership to make informed decisions regarding budget allocation
  • Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new approaches to enhance organizational and team performance, ultimately driving improved results and productivity
  • Lead and organize the quarterly and annual planning cycles along with the leadership offsites
  • Help build out and execute the strategy for our DTS organization by working with each of the functional leaders


What You Bring


Basic

  • 12+ years of relevant experience in consulting or SaaS company
  • BA/BS degree in a business or quantitative field
  • Experience with OKRs, KPIs and metric dashboards from different technology companies
  • Experience driving programs from start to finish
  • Experience with Google Suite


Preferred

  • MBA
  • Strong analytical skills, business acumen and intellectual curiosity
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to partner with individuals at all levels
  • Effective, clear and concise communication skills
  • Results-driven and self-motivated with the ability to multitask
  • Experience in strategy, planning and operations work
  • Consulting background
  • Understands financial and business metrics
  • Passion for data

This position is not eligible for employment in the following states: Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, North Dakota, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia and Wyoming.

This role is eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.

Based on legislation in California the following details are for individuals who reside and would be working in California only: California pay range: $139,000 - $226,850 base salary
