At Brighton/Suncrest Hospice our goal is to change the expectation of hospice care in your area by providing exceptional care and service to our patients. This is achieved by allocating the resources to increase our staff to patient ratios, thereby increasing clinical visits while lowering clinician caseloads. We are proud to be a Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) certified hospice. If you have a commitment to providing the highest quality of care to patients and their families, we would like to hear from you!
The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing care and services for a group of patients, visiting patients where they reside, which could include private homes, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and assisted living facilities. This position is a contributing member of the interdisciplinary team, providing expertise regarding psych-social assessments, interventions, and knowledge of community sources. The Registered Nurse (RN) will work in either a Case Management, Admissions, or Resource role.
If an employer mentions a salary or salary range on their job, we display it as an "Employer Estimate". If a job has no salary data, Rise displays an estimate if available.
At Brighton/Suncrest Hospice, we're elevating the standard of hospice care, and we're looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team in Glenview. Our mission is clear: provide exceptional care and service to our patients and their families, ensuring every individual receives the support they deserve during their end-of-life journey. As an RN with us, you'd be a vital part of an interdisciplinary team, bringing your expertise in psych-social assessments and interventions directly to those you care for—whether they're at home, in skilled nursing facilities, or assisted living settings. Your role will involve case management, admissions, or resource coordination, all while maintaining a manageable caseload that fosters meaningful patient interactions. With our commitment to a healthy work/life balance, competitive pay ranging from $70,000 to $80,000, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and generous PTO, we're all about supporting our team members. Our culture values appreciation and teamwork; you’ll collaborate with nurses, social workers, chaplains, and CNA leadership daily. If you're a licensed RN passionate about making a difference and ready to work autonomously while receiving robust support, we encourage you to reach out and discover how you can contribute to our growing mission at Brighton/Suncrest Hospice in Glenview.
