Job Description
The Wound Program Coordinator manages the facility wound care program including standards of care and practice related to wound, ostomy, and continence patient care needs.

Experience is key—candidates need to bring at least five years of licensed nursing experience, preferably in wound care settings. Plus, a WOCN or CWS certification or the willingness to obtain one within 12 months is required.
