Job Summary:

Greets visitors, answers telephone calls, and performs clerical tasks. Assist the customer service team.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate telephone console with courtesy and tact, receive calls, determine nature of request and route accordingly.
  • Furnish information to callers.
  • Receives outside visitors and directs them to department or personnel.
  • Maintain sign-in log book.
  • May verify or check credentials or issue visitor pass.
  • Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail.
  • Prepares outgoing mail utilizing mail machine and tracks available postage
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with policies and procedures.
  • Performs a variety of clerical duties.
  • Additional duties may be assigned.
