Founded in 2020, Supersocial operates a cutting-edge studio and a next-generation agency, developing, producing and publishing world-class games, experiences and brand worlds on Roblox, metaverse, and other emerging platforms. Our mission is to create and empower digital communities to play, explore, socialize and meaningfully express themselves in the next era of the Internet.
Supersocial was founded by Yonatan Raz-Fridman “Yon" (CEO), Pedro Romi (CFO), Luiza Justus (Head of Creative) and Tatiana Wlasek (Chief Operations Officer), together bringing demonstrable track record in building and scaling consumer tech companies and brands. Our CEO Yon is recognized as a trailblazer and thought leader in the metaverse space both for his work with Supersocial and his podcast Into The Metaverse.
Our special sauce is combining creator talent who grew up on the Roblox platform with creatives and operators with decades of experience building consumer brands and telling stories in creative ways. The Supersocial team combines deep Roblox expertise with AAA experience and creative storytellers who, together, design cutting edge experiences that feels authentic to metaverse communities.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
As Supersocial’s Head of Business Development, you will manage the successful activation of growth strategies across Supersocial, collaborating with cross-discipline leads to win and convert competitive new business opportunities that drive healthy incremental revenue and strategic new client acquisition.
You are a strategist at heart with a proven track record of engaging and building relationships with key marketing decision-makers at Fortune 500 brands. With strong business development acumen, you understand the complex marketing challenges of our prospective clients and connect Supersocial’s unique value proposition and solutions to drive confidence and trust in our future partnership.
In addition, you are responsible for evaluating, qualifying, and crafting differentiated proposals that increases Supersocial’s right-to-win. You will work with finance and incubation leads to help shape competitive proposals that demonstrate the value of Supersocial’s offering in metaverse experiences and activations, including but not limited to, bespoke virtual worlds, custom integrations, virtual goods collections and marketing solutions in metaverse platforms for stand-out brands. You strive to accelerate negotiations to close.
In this role you will focus on: pursuit prioritization and mapping, optimizing pitch approach, crafting clear narratives showcasing creative, experience, data, and technology, instilling a team win mentality, maintaining and tracking health of the new business pipeline, and creating a culture of aggressive growth within Supersocial.
