Description
The Early Morning Pet Steward & Client Concierge is a multi-functional team member responsible for the daily morning care for our dog and cat guests (feeding, exercise, suite cleaning, playtime, and medication administration) and Client Care (checking clients and guests in, scheduling, answering general phone call questions, and other office-related tasks).
Day In the Life: Arrive at 5:30 AM and independently perform morning care for dogs and cats boarding with us. At 6:50 AM, set up and open the facility. With the assistance of other team members, check in guests and clients, and set up their stays. Answer phone calls, prep for next day's check-ins, schedule boarding reservations, and perform other cleaning and office duties as required or instructed.
General Shifts:
Shift start times will vary based on occupancy, but they are generally 5:30 AM to 11:30 AM, five days per week (this is not Monday-Friday. We operate 365 days per year.)
