Silicon Lifecycle Management (SLM) is based on two underlying beliefs: gather as much useful data about each chip as possible and examine that data throughout the chip’s entire lifecycle to gain actionable insights to improve chip and system-related activities. The Synopsys SLM Platform provides insight into critical performance, functionality, reliability, safety, and security issues throughout the silicon’s lifecycle.You Are:You are a dynamic and experienced sales professional with a passion for semiconductor technology and data analytics. You possess a deep understanding of the chip design and manufacturing processes and are adept at identifying customer challenges and opportunities. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales and build strong customer relationships. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enable you to present complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner. You are a strategic thinker with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving multi-million dollar sales campaigns. Your analytical and problem-solving skills are top-notch, and you are comfortable leading meetings at all levels of an organization.What You’ll Be Doing:• Developing and executing account plans to achieve annual sales quotas for the SLM product portfolio.• Identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities for SLM within the semiconductor industry.• Delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals to both internal and external stakeholders.• Managing customer evaluations and closing new business deals.• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.• Collaborating with Application Engineering, Product Marketing, R&D, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure successful execution of account plans.The Impact You Will Have:• Driving the adoption of Synopsys' Silicon Lifecycle Management solutions across the semiconductor industry.• Contributing to the continuous improvement of chip and system-related activities through actionable insights.• Enhancing customer satisfaction by addressing critical performance, functionality, reliability, safety, and security issues.• Supporting the Field team in developing and implementing technical selling strategies.• Helping Synopsys maintain its leadership position in the semiconductor industry.• Ensuring the successful achievement of sales targets and business objectives.What You’ll Need:• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science.• Minimum of 10 years of sales and/or business development experience.• Experience selling EDA/IP/Design Services and/or Silicon Data Analytics platforms.• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and meeting business objectives.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Who You Are:• Smart, creative, and enthusiastic with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Comfortable leading meetings at all management levels within an organization.• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.• Skilled at handling objections and closing deals.• A team player who can navigate a complex global team environment.Rewards and Benefits:We offer a comprehensive range of health, wellness, and financial benefits to cater to your needs.
