As we continue to support growth and expansion, we are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to The Systems Administrator is responsible for managing all aspects of Panopto’s Salesforce, Intacct, and other third-party software systems.

Position Overview:

As the Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the system configuration, user and security permissions, workflow management and process design and improvement. This person will collaborate with their Panopto colleagues to identify system and process improvements along with managing prioritization, implementation, and change management for systems under their management. Other responsibilities may be assigned to help drive our vision and mission to alignment with our Organization’s Values.

Responsibilities: 

Systems & Process: Responsible for maintaining and optimization of Salesforce, Intacct, and other third-party systems in use at Panopto. Update and create users and security permissions. Assign permissions and groups. Maintain and modify approval processes. Manage workflows and business processes. Manage attachments in Salesforce and Intacct.

Dashboards & Reporting: Create dashboards and reports as necessary to facilitate operational efficiency and provide insight into performance. Use groups, dimensions and other facets of Intacct to create reports for analyzing and creating audit-ready financials.

Troubleshoot & Support: Assist in resolving user support tickets. Unblock cross functional teams to support Salesforce process and pipeline in a timely manner. Troubleshoot and resolve system and integration issues.

Experience with project management and execution 

Qualifications: 

- Knowledge of cloud software and integrations, specifically Salesforce and Intacct (or other financial software) 

- Understanding of SaaS sales cycle and accounting practices a plus

- Experience with Master Data Management principles  

- Able to quickly learn and get up to speed with new technologies

- Data-driven decision maker, with excellent communication skills

- Ability to take on projects and drive them to successful completion

- Able to flexibly and successfully prioritize and complete projects

- Collaborative approach to all projects with an entrepreneurial mindset and a can-do attitude

Total Rewards: 

In the spirit of pay transparency, Panopto is excited to share the salary range for this position which is $60,000 - 70,000 USD per year. This salary range may include multiple levels. Your level is based on our assessment of your interview performance, skills, experience, and/or location. Salary is just one component of Panopto’s total compensation package for employees.
