We are looking to build on this success by growing our team across all seniority levels from software engineers, web developers, marketing and sales experts, and entrepreneurial business analysts.

That's where you come in.

We are looking for a Solution Engineer with a track record of designing both sophisticated backend and frontend solutions to join the Taktile team on the journey of onboarding our customers, supporting them in maximizing their success with Taktile products, and ensuring they derive value from Taktile quickly and continuously!

In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide them with tailored solutions, and empower them to leverage our platform efficiently. If you are passionate about cutting-edge technology, have experience in Python, Rest APIs, JavaScript and frontend development (e.g. leveraging Retool), and you enjoy collaborating with a dynamic team that encourages your growth and values your input, we want to hear from you.

  • You are always on the lookout for innovative ways to engage with customers and prospects, ensuring that you stand out in a competitive landscape.

  • You possess a solid understanding of REST APIs, including design, integration, and authentication. Additionally, you have strong knowledge of Python, JavaScript and SQL. Familiarity with Retool and a proven track record of developing frontend applications is highly desirable. You have experience with at least one of the major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • You are a solution-oriented professional that enjoys deep technical discussions as much as transferring your technical knowledge into understandable terms to a broader audience

  • You have outstanding written and spoken English skills, enabling you to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with diverse customer teams, including domain experts, product managers, engineers, data scientists, and data engineers to design and develop customer-specific applications on top of the Taktile platform to support their specific requirements, such as specific case management solutions.

  • In collaboration with the Taktile Sales and Solutions team, you will support pilot projects during the late-stage sales cycle. Your focus will be on creating custom applications and demo templates that showcase our capabilities and address any technical concerns from customers.

  • Develop reusable templates and applications that can be leveraged by customers to streamline their adoption and use of the Taktile platform. This is a key to enhance overall service delivery and ensure a consistent customer experience.

  • Collaborate with product management to translate insights from customer interactions into actionable product improvements.

Ideal, But Not Required

  • You have 2-4 years of experience as a Solution Engineer, Implementation Specialist or an equivalent position within a B2B SaaS company, or as a Frontend Engineer.

  • You have acquired knowledge in the financial services industry (banking, insurance, capital markets, payments, etc.), and developed internal tooling or customer-facing applications for common use cases in this industry.

  • Experience with data pipelines & ETL processes for large volumes of data.

Our Offer

  • Work with colleagues that lift you up, challenge you, celebrate you and help you grow. We come from many different backgrounds, but what we have in common is the desire to operate at the very top of our fields. • Experience a truly flat hierarchy and communicate directly with founding team members. Having an opinion and voicing your ideas is not only welcome but encouraged, especially when they challenge the status quo

  • Learn from experienced mentors and achieve tremendous personal and professional growth. Get to know and leverage our network of leading tech investors and advisors around the globe.

  • Receive a top-of-market equity and cash compensation package

  • Get access to a self-development budget you can use to e.g. attend conferences, buy books or take classes.

Our Stance

  • We're eager to meet talented and driven candidates regardless of whether they tick all the boxes. We're looking for someone who will add to our culture, not just fit within it. We strongly encourage individuals from groups traditionally underestimated and underrepresented in tech to apply

  • We seek to actively recognize and combat racism, sexism, ableism and ageism. We embrace and support all gender identities and expressions, and celebrate love in its many forms. We won't inquire about how you identify or if you've experienced discrimination, but if you want to tell your story, we are all ears
