Senior Product Marketing Manager

Talkiatry is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This critical role will focus on driving growth through our referral and partnerships pillars, which includes collaborating with referring providers, health systems, and other strategic partners. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive referrals, improve partner engagement, and expand Talkiatry’s reach. This role is critical in expanding access to high-quality mental healthcare by integrating our practice into the broader healthcare ecosystem.

Talkiatry transforms psychiatry with accessible, human, and responsible care. We’re a national mental health practice co-founded by a patient and a triple-board-certified psychiatrist to solve the problems both groups face in accessing and providing the highest quality treatment.   

 

60% of adults in the U.S. with a diagnosable mental illness go untreated every year because care is inaccessible, while 45% of clinicians are out of network with insurers because reimbursement rates are low, and paperwork is unduly burdensome.   With innovative technology and a human-centered philosophy, we provide patients with the care they need—and allow psychiatrists to focus on why they got into medicine. 


You will:
  • Develop & execute referral and partnership marketing strategies to expand Talkiatry’s provider and partner network.
  • Define compelling messaging & positioning for referring providers, health systems, and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with partnerships, product, and clinical teams to enhance the provider referral experience.
  • Lead go-to-market execution for new partnership initiatives, including announcements, onboarding experiences, and engagement campaigns.
  • Create scalable marketing resources to support the partnerships and account management teams.
  • Leverage market research & audience insights to refine messaging and optimize partner marketing programs.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as provider penetration, referral retention, and partner NPS, to measure impact and optimize strategies.


You have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in product marketing, partner marketing, or a similar role—preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or a high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional communication & storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and messaging development.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to measure marketing impact and leverage data for optimization.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • A passion for expanding access to high-quality mental healthcare.

$150,000 - $200,000 a year
Compensation range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000 and up to a 10% performance bonus, depending on experience; actual compensation will be dependent upon the specific role, location, as well as the individual’s qualifications, experience, skills and certifications.
