Your challenge:

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be working directly with our cross-functional product teams. You will deep-dive into customer behaviors, provide recommendations, and enable your team to take action based on data. You will help to measure the impact of our new product features and create a culture of data-informed decision-making. You will work closely with other Analysts, Analytics Engineers, and business stakeholders.



Your responsibilities:

  • Influence product decisions by providing actionable insights based on deep dives into customer behaviors.

  • Drive product experimentation by defining objectives, and testing techniques, ensuring the right tracking, analyzing the results, and providing clear recommendations.

  • Take an active role in data democratization at Taxfix by implementing metrics, building dashboards, and up-skilling your stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with Analytics Engineering to improve our data sources and self-serve solutions.

  • Become an ambassador of data-driven decision-making.

Your profile:

  • 4+ years of experience translating data into insights in an online business.

  • Hands-on experience with product analytics, including A/B testing and tracking.

  • Excellent SQL skills, and Python skills are a big plus (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn).

  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Mixpanel, Tableau).

  • Good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across all levels.
