We are looking for a well-organized and high attention to detail person to support the Director of Procurement and Purchasing Team. The position is based in the Phoenixville, PA facility, and includes a wide range of responsibilities ranging from created purchase orders, receiving, and verifying invoices, running reports and supporting projects in cooperation with employees within and from outside these departments.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This is a sedentary role; however, some filing and computer set up may be required. This would require the ability to lift files, move desktop computers; monitors and printers as well as open filing cabinets and bend or stand, as necessary.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position that typically involves 8 hours a day; Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm with occasional extended work days.
Education and Experience
Certification/College graduate preferred or High School graduate
Candidates must have strong written and oral communication skills.
