Marketing Event Coordinator

Marketing Events Coordinator - Strategically planned, coordinated, executed, and reported on field campaign programs and account-based marketing activities in collaboration with Campaign Developers and marketing leadership.Hybrid in Roseland, NJJob Description:• Partner with Client Marketing Directors to implement marketing initiatives including email campaigns, mailings, social media, and other collateral.• Facilitate effective communication with cross-functional teams, third-party creative agencies, design resources, and writers.• Manage the categorization and posting of content to the internal Sales Associate repository (Seismic) and Client Success portal.• Develop mobile app assets and copy, managed production of event signage and client marketing assets, and oversaw the design and production of event profiles and programs.• Coordinate with vendors for event support, including the creation of name tent cards, artwork, and printing.• Organized post-event follow-up kits containing pictures, books, and thank-you notes.• Support microsite content identification and addition for Advocate program microsites.• Generate registration and attendee reports for events, and conducted analytics for the website.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
