Are you ready to jump into a dynamic role as a Remote Part-Time Outbound Customer Service Representative with TEKsystems? This exciting opportunity allows you to work from the comfort of your home while engaging with customers and helping them navigate crucial shareholder communications. If you’ve got at least six months of customer service experience and feel comfortable making outbound calls, we want to hear from you! Your role will involve making around 240 calls per shift, where you’ll address shareholder concerns and communicate essential information effectively. You’ll be working from Monday to Thursday evenings and Saturdays, giving you about 26 hours of work each week. We’re looking for someone with a quiet workspace and the right tech setup — a Mac or Windows laptop, USB headset, and ideally dual monitors.
