As the Sr Recruiter, you will be responsible for executing recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent. You will work closely with clients to identify their hiring needs and provide a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Hiring for Business and Marketing talents based in LATAM
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates and provide clients with recommendations.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify talent requirements and source candidates that meet their needs.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to final offer, including scheduling interviews with clients
  • Leverage social media and other recruitment tools to promote our brand and attract top talent.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, employees, and external partners.
  • Continuously analyze and improve recruitment processes to ensure a seamless and efficient candidate experience.
  • min 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Experienced in recruiting for US-based companies for Business, marketing and e-commerce roles
  • Experience managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offering
  • Proficiency in Boolean Search and Outreach techniques
  • Fluent in English
