Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Marketing Exec to join our team, who can support the roll-out of online and offline activities, including PR, events, consumer & trade advertising, social and email marketing.

The role

• Full-time employee to start at the earliest available date.
• Location: office based OR hybrid (2 days a week in the office)
• Support the execution of the overall marketing strategy, working with the wider marketing team to deliver various marketing activities across digital, brand, PR, events, and partner marketing.
• Specific tasks include:
  
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement the marketing strategy to support our growth objectives.
• Support both online and offline marketing channels, including campaign management, content marketing, email marketing, PR, and event marketing meeting deadlines, budgets and KPIs.
• Manage the tepeo and tepeoPRO social media channels by developing and implementing content plans, tracking and reporting on social growth.
• Assist in organising and managing events, including consumer and trade shows, as well as webinars.
• Measure, monitor and review the delivery of activities and campaign schedules and plans in line with strategic targets, OKRs and KPIs.
• Act as a brand guardian and ensure accuracy of content across all platforms.

• Keen interest in the future of energy, Net Zero & decarbonising UK homes. You don’t need to be an expert! Just interested & enthusiastic.
• At least 3 years experience in a fast-moving marketing role, preferably in technology or consumer goods.
• Experience managing multiple online and offline marketing channels: Events, PR, social, email, content, DM.
• Highly organised.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
• IT savvy and strong attention to detail.
• Strong people skills with a high level of self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
• Willingness to thrive on responsibility.
