Business Development Representative

We're seeking English-speaking talents with a strong Sales/Business Development mindset !

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for profiling prospective customers, discovering their needs and driving new business meetings. You will work towards individual targets, but will also be part of a larger sales environment, where you will interact with customers primarily via outbound calls.

What you will do:

  • Prospect and generate leads internationally on medium/enterprise businesses.
  • Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision makers.
  • Explain our products/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes and explain how they address client needs.
  • Your goal is to set up new meetings and hand them off to sales executives.
  • Collaborate closely with sales executives for target companies, prospects and messaging plan.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quota on outbound reach & booked meetings metrics.

What you will bring:

  • Excellent command of English language knowledge (able to sell by phone in English)
  • Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales or business development.
  • Some understanding of SaaS (Software as a Service) products, ideally in the Retail/Ecommerce industry.
  • Outgoing and confident in outbound phone sales with a great phone manner.
  • Analytical mindset and go-getter attitude; self-motivated to achieve personal goals and goals set for the team.
  • Organized and has pipeline management, time management skills and prioritization skills
  • Goal oriented, self-motivated individual who is proactive, confident competitive and tenacious.

What Will Make You Stand Out:

  • Experience working in Information Technology sales environment.
  • Experience in Retail/Ecommerce technologies and software.
  • Experience in tele-sales and successfully managing a large portfolio of accounts and contacts.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Proven success in generating leads and experience in presenting sales pitches.
  • Able to identify key decision makers and relevant stakeholders in a business conversation
