Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Lithuanian-speaking clients in the transportation services sector.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with booking inquiries, cancellations, and changes with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve issues and complaints effectively, ensuring follow-up to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to service delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide informed support.
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the transportation or related sector.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of transportation services and logistics is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite.
