Norwegian Speaking Technical Support for Customers - Remote in Greece

The House of Mercier is seeking a Norwegian Speaking Technical Support Representative for a remote position based in Greece. This role is ideal for a customer-focused individual who enjoys providing high-quality technical assistance to clients. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries and resolving issues for our Norwegian-speaking customers, ensuring a positive experience with our products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional technical support to customers in Norwegian via phone, email, and chat, effectively troubleshooting inquiries and challenges.
• Assist customers with product setup, configuration, and overall usage to maximize their experience.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate teams as needed.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
• Stay current with product developments and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
• Support the creation and enhancement of help documentation and self-service resources for customers.

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in technical support or customer service, ideally in a technology-focused industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a dedication to excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating clarity and empathy in interactions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and support ticketing tools is a plus.
• Ability to self-manage and work efficiently in a remote environment.
